When enrolling with us, you are abiding to the following Terms and Conditions, and the Code of Conduct:

Terms and Conditions

  • Fees paid no later than week 4, or a $30 late payment fee will be added to each invoice.
  • Correct uniform to be worn in every class.
  • No jewellery or body art.
  • Hair must be appropriate for class. Girls hair must be tied up and ballet buns for ballet.
  • Acrobatic Arts Exam fees will be charged, split over terms 1, 2 and 3.
  • No refunds will be given for exam fees unless notice is given before the end of term 1.
  • Costume hire for the annual show will be charged and must paid for in term 3.
  • Notice must be given before term 3 ends if you wish to withdraw from the show, and a refund will be given for costume hire.
  • Once committing to the show, no refunds will be given.
  • A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any costume hired from COTA that has been returned with any damage or spill.


Code of Conduct

  • Respect to other COTA students and teachers.
  • Respecting COTA.
  • Respecting the COTA building and facilities.
  • Respecting COTA equipment.
  • Natural hair colour only and appropriate style for exams, competitions and productions.
  • Girls- No short hair or shaved hair, that is unable to put up for exams, competitions and productions.
  • Respecting COTA costumes.
  • No nail polish, body art or jewellery for exams, competitions or productions.
