Cartwheels, bridges, handstands.
Level 2
One-handed cartwheels, walking bridges, one-leg bridges.
Level 3
Bridge kick over, walkovers, elbow stands, side aerial progressions, handstand to bridge.
Level 4/5
Tumbling, walkover progressions, side aerials, arabian handstand to forward roll, back handspring progressions.
Level 6/7
Back handsprings, back layouts, front aerials, pirouette to side aerial.
